The Glencoe City Center Project is a renovation of the historic Henry Hill School into a multi-purpose public facility. In planning the design, we took care to preserve the building’s historic fabric by re-using original woodwork, moldings, flooring and light fixtures. As part of the initial phase of the project, the city revitalized the shell of the structure with new windows and an updated HVAC system. With respect to the historic character of the interiors, we selected key design features and a color palette to compliment the space.
